Maggi, when repeated thrice, does not set your ears ringing right away; you belong either to an alternate period or hail from a parallel universe. Maggi which was formerly banned for a while upsetting umpteen number of Maggi lovers is now back and plentifully available in those little yellow packets. Recently Maggi Festival – organized by Delhi-based start-up GoBuzzinga and supported by Delhi Food Walks – stood delectable testimony to this.
In collaboration with GoBuzzinga, Tastesutra participated as a vendor at #MaggiTujheSalaam – India’s first MAGGI® festival! The event held on 28th of February, 2016 at Nehru Park, New Delhi. This festival welcomed all wonderful Maggi lovers from all over Delhi. Tastesutra gracefully invited everyone to experience the delinquent culinary experiments with everyone’s favourite Maggi. The concept was to cook Maggi different from its original recipe. Be it tangy, spicy, Mexican, Italian or very much hinted with the flavours of traditional local food of Delhi.
Tastesutra enjoyed cooking and serving some mouth-watering Hot & Sour Soup Maggi.
Why we made some delicious hot & sour steaming Maggi. We thought of experiment a recipe beyond a smattering of extra masalas, veggies and/or eggs and chicken? That’s when soupy noodles idea popped up. After all, February is a chilly month; soups are a hot favourite throughout this season. Why not some Maggi to your soupy bowl and get all add warmed up. This Hot & Sour Soup Maggi had a twist of traditional food of Delhi. Hot, Spicy, Sour flavours mixed with the perfectness and warmth of magical Maggi.
Tastesutra enjoyed being a part of this India’s first MAGGI® festival – one of its first kind food walks in Delhi, which was attended by Maggi lovers of all ages.
